Michael Geist Coming to UBC April 3rd
Just a quick note to say 2007 Clawbies winner Michael Geist will be speaking out at UBC on the evening of April 3rd.

I've tried a couple times. A much tougher skill than most would imagine. :)
Thanks so much for the kind words, Steve! I have also posted my thoughts on how I am living what Geist calls "The New Normal". Basically, how I have adapted to live in a geek's world without being one :o)
I started live-blogging just recently (at one of the Vancouver Bloggers Meetup) and it was so fun I've just kept doing it. There is a social media gathering happening next week (Third Tuesday) and Rebecca Bollwitt will be live-blogging it too (she is the media sponsor this time). Monica Hamburg is a great speaker.
Totally true, it's hard to live blog, but I guess it just comes with practice (and thank you Mom and Dad for paying for 9th Grade Typing!).
